Joanne Taylor

Joanne is a qualified psychologist, educator and researcher, with a PhD in risk management and behaviour change. Over the past 20 years she has taken a multi-disciplinary, innovative approach to a diverse range of academic, government and industry programs across multiple countries.

Co-Founder

David Shannon

Dave co-founded TSI in 2009 in the UK and branched the business to Dubai in 2010. Dave has designed and managed state-wide public health and quality programs for local governments, and has worked with private sector clients in over 20 countries.

Managing Director

Basem Azzam

Basem has over 25 years of experiences Leadership, Management, Public health, Food Safety, and Quality and Risk Analysis. He manages large-scale government-linked programs across the UAE, leading diverse teams of government and industry stakeholder in implementing international best-practice standards in multiple sectors.
